    Crooked built house stands stronger than perfect built house.

    Cost more and requires more building materials to build rectangular structure than square one.

    I always offered 2 warranties:

    50/50, 50 feet or 50 seconds, whichever came first

    Or the famous 219 warranty, My shop is on US Hwy 19, warrantied all the way through the parking lot to the road
