Older Grammer replacement cushions

Have a 690ELC with a grammer seat on it. Cushions are shot and looking to see if replacements are available before buying a new seat. Tried searching the numbers in the picture attached but not having luck. Not sure if it’s original, but I’m sure it’s pretty old. Anyone else have this seat number, and any luck finding new cushions?

Ray have you tried any local upholstery shops? I have had good luck using local shops in the past for rebuilding seats and cushions on equipment. They were cheaper than OEM as well.
