The IRS has been working on this for over five years. This could be the death of the company. They owe more than they earn, in a years time.

It's old news. How likely is any of this going to change with the current administration in power? It has for the most part already fallen out of the new media.

Been going on for years. On Cats side lawyers are cheaper than paying the ransom. The government has never been able to prove their case but they keep spending out money trying. The government don't give a crap on how much taxpayer money they spend. They want to please the "environuts" whom would love to shut down the large earth destroying monster. What will probably happen is that eventually America will lose a few 10s of thousands of good paying jobs now staffed by taxpaying Americans that are not on welfare.
