I was wondering what people in the Midwest were paying to landowners for a cubic yard of dirt.
Ten years ago I paid $.50. Just haven't kept up. Would like to be fair for everybody concerned. Approximately 30,000 cu yd is the quantity and would leave the borrow graded and topsoiled. Thanks in advance.

Usually we find someone who wants some grading done on their land and get the dirt for free. That way everyones happy. We get our dirt and they get some free grading work.
