I have a D5 cat 96J model. Does anyone know if the steering clutches can be tightened? The left track is slipping. Thanks

the clutches are spring applied so no way to tighten them make sure that the clutch link is not holding the clutch partly disengaged but most likely the discs are wore out there is a stack height measurement on the clutches to tell how bad they are wore
