NES thread repair

Does anyone have any experience with NES thread repair tools? Rebuilt the bucket cylinder on a 953 Saturday and the piston nut started to gall. The threads on the rod were no big deal and easy to clean up with a thread file but looking for something that can repair internal threads. Wound up using a dremel and ground out a small section of thread to be able to get job done but would like something a little better than just grinding off the threads

I love the NES stuff. Got a few in and out's.

I need to get the big external one that goes up to like 6".
