Need help with my D4c xL hystat

My dozer starts up just fine but when I move the joystick to move it doesn't move I hear the pumps whining and I feel the track wanting to move but it doesn't move any ideals

Sounds like the brakes aren't releasing.

They are controlled electrically, check for power at the solenoid.
