any ideas how to change one of these? I've done alot of 2000's and even a 210 but this one is going to be more difficult it looks like. Any advice or experience would be great

I would guess by now you have got it changed. We tore the lower conveyor on our W1200F this last summer and had to replace it. It was the first one we have changed out on this machine and it didn't go too bad. The conveyor frame comes out the front after you drop your upper conveyor and remove a few other things from the front of the machine. we replaced all the rollers while we had it out, because I would guess you know what a PIA it is to try to get them out with the conveyor frame in the chassis. Our's is a 2006 model with around 5500 hours now. It is our only "big" mill and use it for many jobs. I know the guys in the office, and shop, were talking about changing the upper conveyor this winter, as it is getting a little on the tore up side as well. That one looked like it would be a little more work to change out, but I guess we will see.
