Our Bobcat MT-55 when going in reverse is very slow, and it is making a whining noise, any ideas?

They're slow to begin with, but make sure the little know that's under the steering mechanism is all the way to the right and tight. Mine got to the point where it would not stay tight and always loosen off. Just put a zap strap around it and problem solved. Besides that, would be a drive motor issue perhaps.
