Hall Scot & Continental were used allot in fire trucks years ago. The Hall Scott I posted above
came out of a old Northwest Crain.

And the engine that killed the remains of Hall Scott, Cummins all but finished them
and GMC with it's 702 cu.in. twin 351 V6's to make a V12 gas engine. And the price
of gas verses diesel at the time killed GMC V12 by 1967.

Time to bring them back for emissions, 2000 cu in gas engines

Problem was GMC didn't have much of a truck to put the 702 in, dandy to work on and
didn't ride that well.

yeah holy crap those are a gem with just the V-6 to work on.

Just MO-GMC, Ford, Chevrolet and Dodge never built a truck worth much. Pickups yes.
People rave about them, but when it came to parts support they really lacked. And all
of them disappeared for a reason.

I dont understand how this truck would have worked out with that small of a propane tank? That would have been a real pain. I guess if you had several of them and had your own propane truck and a full time driver keeping them topped off .

Under pressure, plus only hauling from landing to yard.

I have been around several propane rigs and running out of propane was always a problem unless they would also run on gas.

Navajo-ran any brand and just about any configuration years ago, and many leased to Navajo.
