Job Description

Harley Murray Inc, dba Murray Trailers, a Low bed trailer manufacturing company in Stockton, CA is seeking a Sr. Maintenance & Trailer Repair Mechanic. Responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to:

• Knowledge of automatic/manual machine tools
• Knowledge of electrical systems, including AC/DC
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to diagnose & repair machine malfunctions
• Perform mechanical and electrical repair of all equipment associated with operations (such as forklifts, air compressors, shears, press brakes, lathes, cranes, hoists, misc shop tools, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance of facilities, machine tools, and production equipment
• Ensure accurate record keeping of PM schedules
• Perform suspension overhauls, ABS systems diagnostics, and brake systems work (disc, s-cam)
• Perform BIT inspections on vehicles in our fleet
• Experience in a manufacturing shop or machine shop a plus
• Experience with truck repairs or repair shop a plus

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or equivalent and minimum 5 years experience. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are essential. Candidate must be able to receive and carry out directions accurately and efficiently and should have their own tools.

Hours per Week: Full Time with possible O.T.

Salary: Depends On Experience; ($17-$19) plus bi-weekly bonus incentive plan
