Hey yall,
Havent been able to post for quite some time as I've been running like a headless chicken. Got a new job and getting my horse training and custom ranch work business off the ground.
Anyway, Ive got a maxxforce 10 that I just replaced with a "dressed" engine. Old engine ate both turbos, spun 2 roller lifters, ate the cam and spun the cam bearings. Got the new engine installed and running and found it had codes for ECBM sensor high. Pulled the valve cover after attempting to ohm test the sensor and found that the new engine does not have ecbm. I guess my biggest question is, what do I need to swap over and order new from Navistar? Are the valve bridges the same? Is the head even the same?
Thanks in advance, PJ
