What is it? Got it in an auction lot, looks like a pistol grip, with a flexible shaft, clamts something, at the business end, maybe 2-3' from the grip end. Business end looks like it clamps a plate, or 2 levers, max gap is about 2-3" wide, height of grippers is about an inch. My guess is maybe a carb adjustment tool, or some stripe. Any guesses/ experience?o_O

Whoops, on edit, that Mac # should be HCP 700...
