Anybody out there with a suggestion on what engine may slot into this old girl... Would prefer not to go through this drama but can't seem to find a running TD45B to buy anywhere

There is an excellent thread here of an 4BT Cummins being fitted to an old Trojan loader,an excellent read whether you go that route or not.It replaced an Deutz diesel so it was not a direct swap.Welcome to the board by the way.Ron G

Thank you Ron... and thank you for your advice... I will look at that option a bit more seriously as I am a fan of the old Cummins engines, and parts are plentiful over here too
