This position will spend the first four months in a rotational two week in, two week out camp position. Once the four month project is complete, we will have you working back in our yard.

You will be moving OCTG around the rig site, and supporting four rigs. The shifts will be 12 hours.

Salary: $29.25 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits, Dental Benefits, Life Insurance Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits, RRSP Benefits, Vision Care Benefits

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Nisku, Alberta (2 vacancies )

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Type of Heavy Equipment Operated: Front end loader, Loader, Forklift

Type of Work Experience: OCTG, Pipe handling

Work Setting / Industry Experience: Oil and Gas Well Sites

Specific Skills: Operate heavy equipment, Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract), Drug test

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, Safety vest

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel, Valid driver's licence

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Continuous learning
