Ive noticed the a/c compressor and condenser fan cycling on and off. Is this normal operation or should they both run continuously while a/c is on?

Cycling is normal, but "short cycling" is not.
I don't recall my SVL75-2 having a condenser fan, though.

Just checked...yup, there is no "condenser fan".

Correction, cycling of the compressor is normal.

That's funny that the parts diagram doesn't show a condenser fan . It has to have one to cool the condenser. I hear it kick on when compressor engages.
