Komatsu HD465-7R & HD465-7E0 Deffrences

Hello there to all heavy equipment community.
I`m wondering what are the differences between Komatsu HD465-7R & HD465-7E0 trucks. I know the latter one is equipped with the EGR system but do they have any difference in terms of spare parts? especially the engine`s spare parts.
