komatsu d20p-5 wont drive lhs

Hello all, i have a komatsu d20p-5 and got very bogged the other day, now it wont drive the lhs track. the rhs drives but the lhs track just stay inactive ( just idles / freeruns) and the machine just goes in a circle . the clutch compartemnt was full of water and dirt, couls it be the clutches dirty and run out of material?.

the lhs track is very tight too.

can i get the clutch packs out without taking off the final drive axle/sprocket ?
