Kobelco 210 slow operation

I have a Kobelco SK210LC 2004, This excavator has slowed down in the operating movements, I have changed all the filters and the hydraulic oil. I don't know what it has to slow it down. I need you to help me identify what's wrong with him.

Checking the servo pressure is a good starting point.

You may be able to check the pressure from the display panel depending on the model of the machine. Check your operators manual.
