I recently purchased an old JD 544A loader from a government agency. It has been sitting for about 10 years. After looking it over, it's very hard turning over. It's puffing black smoke, and trying to start, however, it seems as though a ring or something may be sticking. My buddy suggested pulling the injectors and putting some PB Blaster in there, with maybe some tranny fluid just to get things loosened up, without pulling the head.

Any suggestions?

What you guys think of these loaders?
