John Deere 410g stabilizers sticking over relief on return any ideas???

Hello. I have a jd410g . The stabilizer are stiff to pull the lever back to pick them up. Then when they are all t he way up its harder to push lever back to stop. With machine off levers move freely. Cables are free not binding up. Removed valve and sent to hydraulic shop they checked it over doing nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated

Valve has a crack inside and hydraulic psi causes valve body to move and cause spools to stick. May need new stablizer valve to fix problem.

There isn't any leakage from the bottom of the valve is there?
