John Deere 200 lc serial number search

I have a 200 lc ser#ff0200x501452 I am looking at another excavator ser#ff0200x050856 and was wondering if someone could tell me the year models of these machines and if parts are interchaneable, Thanks for any help.

Machine compatibility will have nothing to do with the years. John Deere does not go by years for parts. Everything is by serial number break. With that being said both machines should be about the same for parts swapping. 501452 was built in 2000 and 050856 was built in 1998. if there are certain parts you want to know for sure if they are compatible or not just go to the link below and look being mindful of the serial number breaks.
