JLG Boom Lift 800A Hydraulic Hose Replacement

Have a JLG boom lift that needs some hydraulic hoses replaced, naturally where they are going around the tight bend/curve radius with the boom retracted all the way the hoses are weathered, and one is leaking there also. The rest of the hose looks fine it's just that curve, is it a bad idea to just cut out say 5ft of hose and replace that section that's bad? Or just bite the bullet and replace all of them? New to boom lifts so just looking for others experiences. TIA
