jlg 2646es sissor lift loses power at start.

good afternoon, i have been working on a 2646 jlg es sissor lift to no avail. i have changed the system over to litium batteries a year ago with no issues and it just died driving it to a work area. no power cant read any codes with analizer nothing. so bought new drive control module and new board for lower box pulled saftey switch and bam!! it comes on and the green led on the control modulr or zippy what ever they call it is flashing up to 10 times then i lose all power and get a red light and alram on computer board but no power and its dead i have tried and have scratched my head and can not figure this out please help if you can thank you from south carolina

Do you have any literature reference from the manual for the flashing led ?

yes i have all the manuals but i sent it to the shop and they where into it 2 hours and called and said there hands where tied due to changing it to lithium battires jlg refused to work on it because now it is deemed unsafe and is a liability because of the weight distribution from side to side so i have it back at my shop with no clue as to what is wrong with it.

I can only assume that one of the modules that was replaced would need to be programmed in order for the machine to work with it safety interlocks. JLG agent should of at least been able to isolate and advise the cause of the powerup issue before condemning the machine to be unsafe due to stability!
