Hello all. My name is Jon, I'm new to the forum. I have a question that I'm hoping to get some guidance on. I've just installed a gentec 830 hydraulic thumb attachment on my 2004 JCB 8027 excavator. The manufacturer recommends setting the auxiliary relief pressure to 1800 psi to protect and ram. I have a manual but it doesn't mention anything about how to set/reduce the pressure for the aux system. The thumb is installed and working great but I would like to test and adjust the psi to be safe. Thank you in advance.
