J Series bucket teeth size ID

Does anyone have a chart or know what size machine the different J series size classes correspond to? I got a new 42" bucket for my Cat 315CL last spring; it has J style teeth. I am trying to figure out what size class they would be; ie, J200, J300.

Measure across the back of the tooth, mid-sidewall to mid-sidewall.
3” = J300
3.5” = J350
Etc
