Is it normal for a Takeuchi to creep slowly on a steep hill?

I just got a TL240 and on steep inclines the machine inches slowly downhill with the no levers being moved. It will stop if I lift the safety bar or apply back pressure with reverse. MyTB175 does not do this. Should the hydrostatic pressure hold the machine fast or is this normal?

Wondering if I need to adjust something.

My TL230 will creep on steep slopes if the lap bar is down and there's no input being given to the drive motors from the operator. With the lap bar up or slight pressure on the controls it will stay in place.
