How to engage & operate L190 auxiliary hydraulics

Hi, I purchased a L190 with pilot controls and high flow. I am coming off and LS 180 and have no idea how the auxiliary hydraulics function on this newer model. I cannot get them to function. I have ordered an owners manual but in the meantime can you guys please help and explain how to activate and use the auxiliary hydraulics? I need to use an auger and mower asap. Thanks in advance

I was under the impression the foot pedals controlled auxiliary hydraulics on these, but they are not moving at all?
