How to read the following Hitachi ZX 35U excavator serial number for model year: HCM1LC00J00005282. A picture of the engine and machine serial numbers are provided above. This machine does not have a computer display or an hour meter. Is it a 2019 model?

Serial number prefix 1LC is a straight ZX35U built between 2002-2005 .
Maybe somebody here has a more accurate date.
The North American market machines were built with Isuzu engines.

Thanks. Can someone else confirm the year 2002-2005. This is the second machine sold to me from China with an incorrect year model. Can we take any action against these companies in China? I was told that this is 2019 year. I am suspected as the machine came with no hour meter and no computer display.
