hitachi ex 60/2 throttle calibration

Hello All,
I have replaced the controller on an EX 60/2 and it worked fine for a short period. It now loses calibration and has to be re calibrated it is getting worse. Recently the oil light and buzzer are coming on after the key is switched off. Any help I can get would be appreciated.
