Very few cell repair guys use a fixed basket like that. It makes it really hard to get to the other side of the pole/ antenna structure, without moving crane, and most of the time, there's only one spot to put the crane. Most of it is done from a swinging basket and then you reach over the top of the pole to reach the antenna on the other side. Takes a lot more boom though.
He's not quite as high up as he looks either, that's the base section of boom pointing up over the trailer, the crane must be up on a hill back there. 5 section main boom, probably 127' or maybe 141'. But I think 127'.
The really nice thing on that job is those 3 big wires strapped to the pole. Hate working around lines.
