Help setting up d6k with 3dmc2

Just upgraded a D6K to 3DMC2. I was curious if anyone was running this system on a D6k? If so I am curious what valve offsets you are running, and what are you "gain" values you are running. I would like to know how you go about adjusting these properly. I am trying to get this machine dialed in and any help would be appreciated, as I'm not getting much help from our surveyor/GPS guys and Topcon charges money now for support at Topcon university.
