Hayes HD with offset cab on display in Revelstoke BC. Truck got a preloader system. Truck is from 1956.
Here are some close up pics of system. When relaesing "cable lock" at bunk the oppesite stack will tip. So yes very simple. Hope this will give you an idea of how it worksGreat picture of the unloading.
Can you show how the uprights get released to unload like that? I have always wondered about it. I am sure there must be something simple.

Thanks HDX that means a lot coming from a pro builder such as your self. She is living in Coldstream BC with two other Hayes's, a 74 HD and the 69 Clipper along with two 78 Kenworths, all dressed to the 9's. I'll try to get my buddy to send me pics to post. ( best looking lawn ordements any man could have).

In the bottom picture on the right, The truck with the crane is it an international because i think I have seen it in powell river .
