Hi ,I’ve a Hamm hd14.The other day I went to start it as it wasn’t started in a while.battery was dead so jumped it.got battery charged and went to start it and as soon as I put on the ignition it engaged the starter.took out the starter got new solenoid fitted but no luck .so I got a new starter relay.and still doing the same.do ignitions switch go in them or anything I’m missing?

You might have a welded relay from low voltage. Without whole serial it's a guess. Either on column support or under seat should be fuse and relay. I'd start there
Post serial number, maybe we can do better
