H-E Forum down in evenings?

Was wondering why I'm not able to read the forum in the evenings lately? Is the site down for some reason or is it on my end?

I have been hav ing the same problem for some time now. I assumed that their srevers could not handle the load. We should probably attempt to contact the administrator/s though I bet they are already aware that this is happenning.
