Grove A62J - Help Needed

I have a Grove A62J that has intermittent issues with the controls. Basically it acts like the control switches are not functioning at times, but the indicator lights are illuminating and there is voltage to the solenoid/s. One would suspect a bad solenoid, but this is happening to more than one function. The unit has been sitting for a while; because of this issue, but the hydraulic fluid is clean. Any suggestions, or does anyone have a service manual that can send me so I can dig into this a little further?
