I have been studying it for years although unable to get it because I missed the beta. It has definitely gotten more reliable. I horse traded for this one. Mine has been 100% reliable for the week I have had it. Speeds are a little slower in the afternoon/evening, like 50 MBPS or so vs 120 in the early morning. But that is still more than 100% better than what I had before. It is rapidly getting better unless it suddenly goes bankrupt. But Spacex is a US govt space contractor so I don't think they would be allowed to fail.

Same site loading probwims with Brave.
I also close out the browser and relaunch it and helps about half the time.
FWIW, Brave blocks all ads on YouTube videos.

I guess you find those adds damned annoying to its a shame as that policy ruins the practicality of the site.

Might be an anomaly but the site speed is quick for me.

Running Opera with Express VPN on a MacBook Pro.

It's at it again today. I've had to close the tab on which HEF was running then reopen it again multiple times.
Posts won't upload, threads won't open, etc, etc.
The only workaround seems to be shut the whole thing down, give it a couple of minutes, and start again.

46 seconds to load site. Another 32 seconds to just open up my alerts. Also endless loading loop after making a post. I also have the best luck if like nige, I simply close the whole thing, and restart.

I had to leave for an hour and just came back. So far, so good. Before that, everything was fine then it just stopped responding. Would not load a page. Cam

While Sunday 05 2022 was reasonably trouble free, like your experience, re-booting appears to be the solution at this moment.
    Kind regards

    I guess I'm an anomaly.

Last Saturday spilled water on primary Macbook so I had to bring secondary MB out of storage, update and put in service. Currently using backup MB connected to a StraightTalk mobile hot spot we bought at Walmart on a campsite in Demopolis AL. It's one of those drug dealer "pay as you go" plans.:D

No kidding the site is lighting fast. Running express VPN as well.

It's fast normally. It just has times where it waits a minute or two to do anything.

    I haven't experienced that yet. It's weird.
