Genie Z45/22 vs Z60/34 platform self-leveling cylinder cost difference

I am looking for a Genie Z45/22 platform self-leveling slave cylinder. I'm see prices of around $5000. I've noticed the Z60/34 self-leveling cylinders are only around $1500. Why the big difference in price? Anyone have a salvage Z45/22 with that part?
