I have a 2004 Genie S65 that has started to run really rough after running only a few minutes. It runs perfect when cold. After a few minutes it'll pop like its backfiring, run rough? I"ve replaced the spark plugs, wires and have a new coil pack coming. I've also changed the fuel filter. Someone mentioned if the cat is plugged up. But i dont think it has one- only a muffler? Also after 2 min of running the exhaust manifold and exhaust pipe/ muffler are so hot it has melted wires. It seems to be craxy abnormally hot. Anyone else with these issues?

Sounds like she's running lean on fuel.
I'd start by checking mass airflow and oxygen sensor.
