Nope, but that's the ROPS id tag, if you post the one for the forklift it might help.

Just go to the main genie site : genielift.com and click on manuals(in support section -- top or bottom), then it's just about 3-5 clicks t find a particular machine and type of manual.

Not sure if the civilian manuals will be accurate as far as wiring goes. Mil std is different. 12 vs 24v for instance.

The manuals on the genie site are specific to the serial numbers listed so they should be accurate for everything.
