Genie Lift GS-3268RT - Platform Raise Issue

Using the platform SLOW RAISE function, the platform will barely move. Maybe four inches per minute. The platform FAST RAISE function and all lowering functions are good. All other machine functions are ok. Pump 1 pressure and Pump 2 Pressures are normal (3500 PSI).
