first it beeps and won’t drive but if you raise up it will drive and stop beeping but when you come down it beeps and won’t work, now it will only raise up some times and keeps beeping and when it goes up it drops itself back down

Showing any codes at the PCON or GCON? Did this just suddenly start, or was there any recent work done on the machine?
Post the serial number so we know what vintage you're dealing with.

That may be your serial, but either way only showing an 18, it's definitely an older model.

In the older manual, 18 is listed as:

Problem: Alarm sounds continuously. Error indicator light on at the platform controls when function enable switch is engaged. Machine will not drive. Machine is not level.

Possible Causes: Pothole guard may be blocked or pothole limit switches may not be activating or there is a bad wire connection.

Solution: Remove obstruction to pothole guard OR check pothole limit switch wiring for open connections OR check pothole limit switch for proper adjustment and activation

It may be an issue with the pothole guard limit switches, but if you're on level ground I'd check the level sensor circuit first since fault code 18 is for the machine not being level, while fault code 19 would be thrown if it thought the machine was level. Can you raise the platform enough to get to the level sensor? Any chance you have access to a meter?

Check the harnesses running from pothole switches...also the pothole switches themselves for a audible clicking....the elevation switch in center of machine by tilt switch as well....
