Genie Controls Issue Puzzling

Having a puzzling issue with a Genie 2632 electric scissor lift with Genie's Smart Link diagnostics box

For some reason, Ground controls (GCON) works when key is turned to the right
But when key is turned to the left for PCON nothing happens, no LCD, nothing.
So we can have the lift go up and down from the ground (but no driving because there is no joystick on the GCON and the PCON does not want to turn on when we try to turn key to left PCON mode)

The odd thing is in right/GCON mode, the Platform controls (PCON) box does do something. It shows "CH" on its LED in Red and the diagnostics show that the PCON joystick is getting voltage.

Have changed the 3 prong switch for the key and updated the software. Us and the local dealer's tech and the other dealer that we bought it from are stumped.

Ch means chassis mode, so that’s normal. You can try bypassing the scissor harness. There should be a connector the same as what the platform coil cord connects to down near the ground controls. It’s what the scissor harness connects to.

Like Jeff said plug the box in under the machine and bypass the scissors stack cord. The power runs from gcon to Pcon back to gcon. Plug your box in downstairs if it works your got a bad spot or bad deutsch on the scissor side. If it doesn’t open up
Your control box and check to make sure that the micro switch to the estop button didn’t come loose. They like to do that from people smacking them all day. If it’s still in position get you volt meter and make sure power is flowing in and out of the estop micro switch. If it is then you need to ohm out your curly cue cord wire by wire by unplugging it from the pcon and back probing the Deutsh connector your plugged into downstairs. Back probe it on the machine side so you know you got continuity all the through your cord. If your good there plug
Your cord back into the pcon. Check your joy stick wiring where it comes out of the handle shaft for rubs and breaks. They like to run through right there. If your all good and at those checks unscrew your gcon so you can get to the back. Grey connector you will see three red wires all in a row on same side of plug. Back probe those with key switch set to platform. If you have voltage there then your circuit is complete. Power in out and back down = bad gcon. Power not coming back down= bad estop witch you can rule out with testing. Bad cord also able to
Rule out with testing or a bad pcon board that through process of elimination you can pin point. Hope this helps you out.
