Please Help,

My Genie 1930 was working fine but now won't start. Batteries are all at 6.35 volts , charger is fine too. All alarms work as well but when you pull the trigger and try to steer or go forward or backwards, nothing happens !! Could this be a starting celanoid ?? Is this a common problem ??

Download the service manual from the genie website. Start working from the batteries to the pump with a voltmeter and see where you don’t have power when you should. Couple switches in between maybe your problem.
