Forklif Back-up warning buzzer

Hi,
Can anyone help with a solution to warning buzzer of a Nissan 2ton forklift. I have checked the fuses, cables but no solution.
The wiring harness had problem in the past but was worked on.
Ground signal is okay, but but no voltage signal during reverse movement switch engage.
Guys, please come up with ideas

The reverse switch would be a good place to start, do you have voltage on one side when it's in neutral and voltage on both sides when it's in reverse? If the harness had a problem before, I'd guess it wasn't repaired properly.

Many thanks Delmer, you are quite correct we have resolve to place order for the wiring harness as it affects all other lighting system too.
