Got the tractor to move finally! Appreciate all the advise although nobody seemed to be able to figure it out. I was ready to have it split, and tried one more time. I pulled the pressure regulator and releif plugs out of the oil distributor and cleaned them up and got them back in (no easy task) and over filled the tranny and raised it up high on the stabilizers and it started pumping oil out the test port.
My only theory is a airlock in the torque converter, but who cares, it moves. Now its raining in central Calif. so I haven't done much more, but I'm alot happier with it. thanx steve
