I bought a 1999 F-800 dump flatbed with the 5.9 Cummings and auto transmission. So far have used it for hauling round bales of hay but am needing to acquire a trailer to haul a 455G track loader. I was figuring a 12-20 ton trailer w/ pintle hitch and air brakes. The 455G is about 20k lbs. I expect this will be a dog but will pull the trailer loaded? The only plan is for 20 mile trips max. each way....no long distance or steep grades.
