Ever been cornered?

All these Company's preach safety but will hire illegals that do not speak or understand English.How safe is that? We took a safety class for Energy that was mandatory to do work for them.The sub contractor went to take it.His crew could not understand English and didn't take it.But they were allowed to work any way.

That is a huge issue in my opinion and something the construction industry, especially the southern states have completely turned their backs on. I cannot even begin to relate the amount of treachery I've seen over the years.
