Etnyre chipspreader lcd problem

Hi all Techs
I have a chipspreader that has a lcd display malfunction. Serial number K 6626
I switch on the ignition it lights up and immediately shuts down.
I have traced all contacts and wires, ground, earth everything and and also reset computer to no avail. It just won't work.
I tried another unit from another machine.. lcd unit doing the same thing.. Any advice or troubleshooting solutions.
