I think about that from time to time... then try to flush it. You can't let stuff like that get in your head. Fear will render you ineffective just like many other things. We have all been on that job where at a particular moment being the pilot of the first manned Mars flight looks like a good deal. Work safe, use your skills to keep you safe, pay attention to other's mistakes... however there are going to be those times where you have to put faith in the material your sitting on.
